abstract

This study talk about the muscular tears, these are lesions in the muscular febers, nowadays the treatment of this lesions is determinated for the images of ultrasound and the objetive of this investigation is make a new clasification of this lesions based in the features of the tears and the ultrasound.    

 For this investigation , were used many ultrasound images, it was obtained from athletes who had differents types of muscular tears these were analyzed for a group of professionals experts in medicine, sports and fysical therapy. This is necesary for the objetive of unify the studies on the kinds of muscular tears.

Finally a group of athletes were carried to an investigation institute and the had to past a lot of tests. 

The results founded were that the musculars tears in athletes are very comun injuryes and the size of the tear is not determine the kind of tear, this is determined for the zone where it happen and similar movements cause the same kind of muscular tear for these reasons it was born a new clasification of muscular tears. 

The new clasification is very important for the future of the sports, here was born six kinds of muscular tears the first and the second are have very good prognosis because involves only a small piece of the muscle but the three, four, and five are very dangerous for the use of the muscles; and the  kind six is a new open of a old muscular tear.

Hi my name is Sebastian Eduardo Caceres Guerra, i was born in Santiago Chile on February third of 1993, the name of my mother is Patricia Guerra and my father is called Mauricio Caceres, i don`t have brothers or sisters, i am the only one. My hobbies are dance in the partyes but without shirt, play football, and i do a lot of exercise to have my body fit, i go to the gym almost all the day of the week, but nowadays i can not to do it. I am a very healthy people  i love the sports and my own person. today i am study fysical therapy in the universidad de chile and i fell very happy to do it, i choosed this carrer because is very related withe the sports and the healty life, i dream with be a famous fysical therapy  known around the worl and i want to job in football club specificly in the Real Madrid Futball Club, but i want to continue being a fit guy with a good fysical state but i know that this condition is not really important but i believe that is better than be a unhealty people eating fast food.

I chosed the topic muscular tear because i am a fit guy, who love to do sports, and this topic is very interesting for my because and i believe that my future specialization will be in the sports area .

The propose of my work is leanr a peace of information of the kinds of muscular tear, to know about the form of diagosis this injury and the methods to do it .

The method to recolect information was trough the PUB MED database.

My conclusion are that be a lot of clasification to the muscular tears and i chosed one for my job.
